CNC turning
Turned parts that come off finished.
A Doosan Lynx 2100LSYB with sub-spindle, live tooling and a Y axis handles production turning — flats, cross holes and milled features cut in the same cycle, with the back side picked up on the sub-spindle. Larger or more complex turned work runs on the Multus.
- Ø11.8″ × 20.1″ · bar to 3.125″
- Tolerances to ±0.0001″
- Minimum order 1 part
- 2-day rush available

Other services
Not quite it?
Parts rarely fit one category cleanly. We'll route your job to whichever machine holds it best — that's the advantage of having all of them under one roof.
Why it comes out right
What you actually get.
Done in one cycle
Sub-spindle transfer means turned parts don't come back for a second op on a manual lathe or a mill.
Off-centerline features
Y axis and live tooling put flats, slots and cross holes on a turned part without moving it.
Right machine for the job
Small production turning goes on the Lynx. Big or genuinely complex turned parts go on the Multus. You get the cheaper one that can actually hold it.
Send us the model.
You'll get a straight answer on whether this is the right process for your part — including if it isn't.
